This nicely decorated apartment with focus on spaciousness and comfort has been generally designed to be bright and easy to maintain. The European style layout with bedrooms being accessed via a corridor off the living and dining room make this an ideal family home. Extra storage space can also be found in built-in wardrobes with sliding doors that are flush with the wall and inconspicuously installed in the corridor.
Large combined living and dining room has a practical rectangular layout and is of ample space for a full dining room suite as well as sofa, arm chairs and coffee table. The floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinets along the wall are very practical and have incredible storage capacity while blending in well with the large white tile floors. Windows on opposing sides are tinted for a good sense of privacy and help keep the place cool during hot summer month.
Master bedroom is spacious and can easily accommodate a king-sized bed. Large wardrobes with sliding doors on to adjacent walls offer plenty of space for garments.
Master bathroom is a statement of contemporary elegance and the decor fits perfectly into the theme of the apartment. Dark floors and mostly white tiled walls are accentuated by greenish glass surrounding the basin. The white bathtub features a high-tech Japanese style shower system with curtain rail. There is a large mirror affixed to the wall above the sink and extra storage space can be found in the white cabinets under the sink. The extra make-up mirror will come in useful, too.
Smaller second bedroom can accommodate a king-sized bed. The built-in wardrobes with sliding doors are useful and match the decor of the apartment.
Third bedroom features two large built-in workstations right by the window with very well designed storage spaces, making it an ideal study area for children and adults alike. Large wardrobe with sliding doors features a cheerful design. There is plenty of space for two beds.
Fourth bedroom also has built-in wardrobe with sliding doors and offers enough room for a large bed.
Guest bathroom is identical to the master bedroom right down to the make-up mirror and completes the uniform look throughout the apartment.
Extra guest powder room off the living and dining room comes in handy when entertaining guests.
Western style kitchen with ochre coloured floors and beige working surfaces comes equipped with fridge freezer, gas-hob stove and range hood as well as a small portable oven. The many built-in hanging and standing cabinets offer lots of storage space.
Utility room off the kitchen houses washing machine and tumble dryer in a side-by-side setup.
