About Mid-levels Central
European colonists built their houses on Victoria Peak to reach for cooler temperature at high attitudes. Homes on the Peak were considered accolades for wealth, power and status. Peak Tram went into service in 1888, with terminus on Garden Road and the Peak, and an intermediate station on May Road. Residential development sped up since Peak Tram was in service. Peak District Reservation Ordinance in effect between 1904 and 1947 banned Chinese from living on the Victoria Peak. Those days, the Lower Peak area was as high as the prominent wealthy Chinese families could live.

Elle Tam's client say:
The agent was really good and professional in helping with the apartment hunt, and provided a very well curated selection of options, one of which that was eventually selected. She was also very supportive and informative in following up after moving in into the apartment.

Juhi Schmidl's client say:
Juhi took care to address all my requirements in terms of features and amenities that I was looking for in a rental apartment. She helped me negotiate the best possible deal with the landlord, going through several rounds on her own initiative, and went the extra mile to ensure that I was all set to move in without any hassle. If anyone wants to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience when looking for a great place to live, they should definitely get in touch with Juhi!
