Lourdes is a Spanish national and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She previously worked with Knight Frank in Spain for 5 years where she focused on finding sunny second homes for the British market. She has also cooperated with the famous Spanish designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada to market her brand in Asia.

Lourdes has been in love with Hong Kong since she moved here 10 years ago with her family and likes to transmit her enthusiasm to her expatriate clients. She has walked every corner of the city to discover the amazing mix of culture between East and West. After 10 years, Lourdes knows the city very well and knows exactly what each residential area has to offer in order to match her clients’ needs. As an active mother of 3 boys, Lourdes has experienced first hand how stressful it can be to look for schooling in Hong Kong, which helps her relate to her clients and their situations.

Lourdes has lived in Island South between Repulse Bay and Stanley for the past 10 years and has just recently moved to Clear Water Bay.

Lourdes has a MBA from ICADE in Madrid and also studied marketing and customer satisfaction at Boston College and Harvard University.

Lourdes’ passions are interior design and architecture, horse back riding, scuba diving and golf. She also loves traveling around Asia.
