Having recently returned from London, England, Kenny has more than ten years of solid experience in the property industry. Over the years he has gained valuable experience in property leasing and management as well as providing exceptional service directly to both individual and corporate clients in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.

Kenny is a very well organized, proactive and initiative oriented agent with strong communication skills and a positive attitude, which enable him to effectively handle clients and their requests in a confident and professional manner.

After his graduation from Hong Kong Baptist University, Kenny joined an international real estate agency and worked for the residential leasing department and property management department for five years. He later relocated to London and continued to pursue his profession in the industry. From 2005 to 2011, while working in a prime location in London, Kenny became one of the top leasing negotiators within the largest real estate agency in the UK.

Kenny is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and is also a fan of Arsenal football team.
