With over four years of real estate service experience under his belt, Frederick specializes in high-end residential properties. Before joining us, Frederick worked for Savills (Hong Kong) Ltd as a high-end residential sales manager. He successfully managed sole-agent listing transactions for numerous large, unique and luxurious penthouses and duplexes in Mid-levels, Jardine’s Lookout and Island South. Frederick now joins the Hong Kong Sotheby’s International Realty team as an Account Manager.

Frederick spent 11 years living in Vancouver, Canada, where he attended and graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He is particularly popular with clients for his attention to detail, tactful negotiation skills, “can do” attitude and impeccable after sales service. His in-depth knowledge, high quality service and professionalism have won the hearts of many clients who always recommend Frederick to their friends.

"Always striving for success" is Frederick’s motto. In his spare time, He enjoys a quiet read and a splash in the pool. He is fluent in English and Cantonese, as well as conversational Putonghua.

Frederick is also an active person who loves all kinds of sports. He will readily commit to any sports function. Playing basketball, wakeboarding, cycling, and swimming are among his most favourite.
