Collette Marie Semien is originally from Houston, Texas. She was raised in her family's modest café'. She learned life lessons in service, client relations, and business practices by observing four generations of her family hard at work, daily. This instilled in her, a hard work ethic, a duty to her clients, and a desire for excellence.

As a young woman, Ms. Semien went to study in her ancestral home of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where after completing her studies, she decided to serve her country, and, the underprivileged, by teaching basic adult literacy.

Collette moved to Hong Kong, with one suitcase, an aching curiosity about the city, and a desire to do something new. She wanted to find something allowed her to revel in all of the things that make Hong Kong truly great, transportation, food, and architecture.

Collette is convinced that Hong Kong is one of the greatest cities in the world and every set of viewings with a new client is a chance, to share it.
