Agnes is an energetic and passionate manager with Hong Kong Homes and has over 5 years of experience in the real estate business. With an in-depth knowledge of the local property market covering all areas and sectors, she has developed excellent partnerships with her clients and has acquired an extensive business network.

Agnes obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Real Estate, majoring in property valuation, management and marketing from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is an effective negotiator who achieves excellent results for her clients.

Agnes has worked with multinational accounts such as AIG, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, UBS AG, Cathay Pacific, LVMH, Lehman Brothers and others, providing orientation programs for house hunting and negotiations. Apart from residential leasing and sales, she also provides real estate investment consultation for investors.

Prior to this, Agnes was also involved in property management and property valuation for over 2 years; enriching her knowledge and understanding of property and assessment.
